Q: What are the steps to buy the products from RoboRium?
A: After logging in with your account, the usual steps for purchasing products from RoboRium are-
1. Select items from the shop, and add them to your cart. Edit the order or quantity.
2. Go to Checkout to select/modify the Billing Address Details and Delivery Address Details. Continue.
3. Select Shipping Method. Continue.
4. Select the Payment Method. Continue. Read and Confirm the order. Complete the payment for the order. And you're done!
We'll ship your products ASAP and send you the order tracking information (if available) via email. Orders shipped via DTDC (or EMS) can be tracked easily using ther tracking services of DTDC (or EMS). Please note that shipping information may take upto 12 hours to be updated on these websites.
During selection of Shipping Method, you can also add any other details about your order in the comment section. This option is ideally available for customers selecting 'Pickup From Store' and can be used to inform us of the date and time when you can be available to pickup your order.
Q: How can I pay for an order online?
A: To pay for an order, online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-Banking etc., select the Paytm - Online Payment Method and click on Continue. By using this method you will be able to pay for your order via the Paytm payment gateway. Click Confirm Order to pay for your order. When confirming your order, you can choose to pay via any of the following options on the Paytm gateway:
Paytm Cash: Select this method if you already have an online buyer account on Paytm Cash Wallet and want to pay for your order through it.
Credit Card: Select this method to pay for your order via a Visa, MasterCard, or Diners Club Credit Card.
Debit Card: Select this method to pay for your order via a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or RuPay Debit Card.
Net Banking: Select this method to pay for your order via Net Banking. For Net Banking you must have an account with either Axis Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Catholic Syrian Bank, CitiBank, City Union Bank, Cosmos bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, IndusInd Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Kotak Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore, United Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, or YES Bank. Q: How can I pay for an order via Bank Transfer?
A: When you select the Bank Transfer (Offline) Payment Method during Checkout and click on Continue, we will give you details of our Accounts in ICICI Bank (and State Bank of India). Using these details, you'll be able to deposit money through Cash or Cheque into our account at any branch of ICICI Bank (or State Bank of India). After you have confirmed your order and are ready to pay via Bank Transfer, follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Go to your account and view Order History. Select the Order ID of the order you just placed (this is the order with Status mentioned as 'Pending') and view its details by clicking on the small magnifying glass next to the order.
2. At this stage let us know if you would like to modify or cancel your order. You have 2 days to inform us about any modifications and to confirm payment.
3. Go to your nearest branch of ICICI Bank (or State Bank of India) and transfer the Total Amount of your order to the bank account through Cash/Cheque Deposit or Transfer and mention the Order ID. Email us (email@example.com) OR submit via the Contact Us page the details of the transaction: Mode [Cash or Cheque], Date of Deposit, Cheque No., Name of Depositor, Order ID, and other relevant details. If payment is not received within 2 days of placement of the order, the order will be cancelled.
You're done! If there is an issue with the payment, you will be intimated about it. Otherwise, as soon as your payment is processed, we will inform you of the shipping/ pickup details, via your account's Order History page and via email.

Q: How can I pay for an order via Cheque/DD?
A: When your order amount exceeds INR 50000/-, the Cheque/DD (Offline) Payment Method becomes visible to you during Checkout. Selecting this and clicking on Continue, will let you know that the cheque needs to be made payable to JMOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. To confirm your order, you must send the cheque to the address listed on the Contact Page within 3 days.
Q: What if I want a product, of your supplier, that is not listed on your website?
A: In case you’d like to order a product, of one of our suppliers, that is not listed on our website or is out of stock- first make sure the product is still in production and available from the supplier by checking their website or by contacting us. If it is available- use the Contact Us page or send us an email with your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: "Product Unavailable – [one or more Supplier's Names]", clearly mentioning the details and links of all the desired products from each supplier, and the required quantity, in the body of the email. We will inform you about price and availability as soon as possible, with no extra charges.
Q: What if the supplier, of a product I like, is not listed on your website?
A: If you’d like to purchase a product from a supplier (international or domestic) that we do not currently have listed on our website, and who has no approachable authorized distributor, you can send an email with your contact details to email@example.com with the subject: "New Supplier – [one or more Supplier's Names]", mentioning details of the preferred quantity of the product along with the links of the products on the supplier’s website in the body of the email. We will get back to you with the pricing details of all the products. You will also get upto 15% discount on the market price of those products, the next time you order them, after they become available in our store. So tell us what you need, and you could get 15% OFF on your products!
Q: How can I get the discount for suggesting a supplier?
A: First, make sure you have an account on our website. If you find a supplier that offers a product that is different from anything we offer so far, then email us as mentioned above (or submit via the Contact Us page form) the following details-
1. Your Full Name and the Email-id you used to create your account on our website. This is to make sure that you are indeed our customer.
2. Your Phone Number and Address. So we can inform you when your coupon is available.
3. Name of the supplier and the product you like (with a link of the supplier's website or any other contact details).
We will then get in touch with the supplier, and when a deal is finalized we will send you a coupon code via email, that you can use the next time you order that product on our store. The coupon code will allow you to get a discount on the price of the product you suggested. Other details about the discount percentage value and validity period (if any) of the coupon will be given to you via email/phone. It is suggested that you do not share the coupon code with anybody else, as it can only be used once.
Q: Can I place an order for bulk purchase?
A: For bulk purchases send a detailed email with your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: "Bulk - [Supplier Name] - [Product Name] - [Quantity Required]" and we'll get back to you with a list of prices depending on the quantity that you need.
Q: I have an idea for a project, but can't figure out exactly which products will be used in it. Can you suggest the products?
A: Of course! Just ask us via the chatbox visible on the bottom right hand side of this page. If we are offline, leave a message through the chatbox, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: How do you dispatch/ship the products?
A: Usually, DTDC and EMS delivers to customers in India, while EMS and DHL are used to ship products outside India.
Q: How are the products delivered to me?
A: All products are shipped with the help of a shipping service, and are in a safe packaging that ensures that the product is not damaged in any way during transit to the destination.
Q: How many days does it take to deliver the products?
A: Place your order and complete the payment process before 2PM IST. This helps us dispatch the items on the same day. Courier takes 1-2 days to deliver your order to you. These are ideal timings. There may be delay due to order overload and/or other factors. If you need a quick delivery, then do call our office phone number to check the possible delivery date before you place your order. Deliveries outside of India may take upto two weeks.
Q: What is the price of shipping of the components?
A: All orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India. The shipping charges depend on the distance to destination, and the weight of the package. We have taken great care to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. You will find that it is actually cheaper to get an order shipped from us, than it is to visit local electronic markets and spend hours there trying to find the right shop, with the right product having the right price. Q: Do you take Cash on Delivery?
A: No. CoD facility is not yet available. You may pay for your order by selecting one of the options listed during checkout (Debit Card, Net Banking etc). Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to read more about the payment options available.
Q: What kind of Technical Support is provided by RoboRium?
A: Technical Support is not available on phone. For technical support via Email, send an email, along with pictures (if possible), to email@example.com with subject: "TechSupport - [product invoice number] - [product name]", with your name and phone number clearly mentioned in the email body. If the team at RoboRium is not equipped to handle the support, your query will be transferred directly to the supplier of the product.There is no 'Urgent Support' facility available, though we do try to answer your queries as soon as possible.
Q: What is the warranty policy on products of JMoon Technologies?
A: All our products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for more details.
Q: Are the products tested prior to delivery?
A: Yes. Our products are tested for 100% functionality.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: Not at all. Because of the reasons our company was started and why this store was launched (refer to About Us) all products are priced very very reasonably; shipping costs are determined at a no-profit, no-loss rate, taking care to ensure we have the highest quality reliable service and the lowest shipping costs possible. Except for VAT you do not have to pay us any other extra taxes or duties on the products within India; though there may be a handling charge on some products.
Q: What if I want to return a product for a refund?

Q: What information should I know before placing orders?

Q: Where is your shop located?
A: We are not a traditional SHOP. Right now we sell products via the online order system. Our registered head office is located in New Delhi, India.
Q: What do I need to do before visiting your office?
A: We do not have a store-front for the online store. When you select the local pickup option for your products, we will send you an email to inform you when your order is ready for pickup, at what time you can reach us, and how to reach us to get your products. If there are changes in the appointed time, we will let you know in advance. You can also contact us by phone to find out the details for pick up. Please contact us by phone beforehand if you plan to visit our head office for other reasons so that we can lock-in your time and give you our undivided attention.
Q: What if I have an idea about a product that I think will help other students/ hobbyists/ researchers /roboticists like me with their experiments and projects?
A: If you think that your idea is really going to solve a problem that many people involved in this field face, and we think it is a viable product, then we’d be more than happy to collaborate with you on the project and help with making the product available to a wider audience. A: Yes! We do offer robotics related seminars and workshops for students during normal college working days and also at college fests. These seminars and workshops vary in duration depending on the type of topic. The registration fees for these depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to- the duration of the workshop, take-away kit, number of students attending, and more.
